Good news!
Outlook Easy Setup is already enabled for your account. Simply log into Outlook using your email address and password. Outlook does the rest for you!

To Set up Outlook using Outlook Easy Setup

NOTE: Before you can use Outlook Easy Setup, you must first enable this feature for your domain from the Workspace Control Center. If you have not already done so, please contact our IT Department.

  1. Open Outlook.
  2. Create a new Email account.* In Outlook 2007, from the Tools menu, select Account Settings, and then click New.
    * In Outlook 2010, from the File menu, select Add Account.
  3. Enter your email account information. This process may be slightly different for various versions of Outlook. For Outlook 2007 or 2010:* If it is selected, uncheck Manually configure server settings or additional server types, and then click Next.
    * Enter your email username. Your email username is your email address.
    * Enter and re-enter your email account password.
    * Click Next.
  4. If a dialog displays asking you to Allow this website to configure name@ruk-sa.com server settings, click Allow.
  5. Once configuration of your email address is complete, you can click Add another account to create another email address for this domain, or click Finish.

Your Outlook account is now set up! Log in to your Outlook account to send and check for received messages.

  1. Open your device’s email application.
  2. If you already have an email account set up, press Menu and tap Accounts. Press Menu again and tap Add account.
  3. Type your Email address and Password, and click Next.
  4. Tap IMAP.
  5. Use these settings for your Incoming Mail Server:
    IMAP
    Host Name ruk-sa.com
    User Name name@ruk-sa.com
    Password Enter your email password
    Port 993
  6. Use these settings for your Outgoing Mail Server:
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)
    Host Name ruk-sa.com
    Port 465
    Security Type None
  7. Select Require sign-in and make sure your Username (your full email address) and Password are correct. Tap Next.
  8. Tap Next again. Name your account and enter the name you want to display on outgoing messages.
  9. Tap Done.

Please contact the IT Department to generate a URL for your device and setup the setting automatically.

  1. From the home screen, swipe to the right, tap Settings, tap email & accounts, and then tap add an account.
  2. Tap advanced setup.
  3. Enter your email address and password, and then tap Next.
  4. Tap internet email account.
  5. Use these settings:
    IMAP
    Account:

    PasswordEnter your email password
    SMTP (Outgoing Mail Server)mail.ruk-sa.com
  6. Make sure Outgoing server requires authentication is selected.
  7. Make sure Use the same user name and password for sending email is selected.
  8. Tap Advanced Settings.
  9. Tap to select Require SSL for incoming email.
  10. Tap to select Require SSL for outgoing email.
  11. Tap sign in.
  1. Launch Mail.
  2. If the Welcome to Mail window does not display, select Add Account from the Filemenu.
  3. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Full Name — The name to display on your email.
    • Email Address — name@ruk-sa.com
    • Password — Your email account password.
  4. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Account Type — Select IMAP
    • Description — A description of the email address to display in the email account list in Mail.
    • Incoming Mail Server — mail.ruk-sa.com
    • User Name — name@ruk-sa.com
    • Password — Your email account password.
  5. If prompted for Incoming Mail Security, select the following and then click Continue.
    • Click Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
    • Select Password.
  6. Complete the following fields, and then click Continue.
    • Description — A description of the SMTP server to display in the SMTP server list in Mail.
    • Outgoing Mail Server — mail.ruk-sa.com
    • Use Authentication — Select this option.
    • User Name — name@ruk-sa.com
    • Password — Your email account password.
  7. If prompted for Outgoing Mail Security, select the following and then click Continue.
    • Click Use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).
    • Select Password.
  8. Select Take account online, and then click Create.
